St. Vincent Haven accepts men 18 years of age and older who are homeless. To be admitted to the Haven, individuals must meet the following criteria:

• Male, 18 years of age or older
• Currently homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness
• Willing to participate in the Haven's program requirements
• Able to live in a communal setting
• Committed to working toward self-sufficiency and permanent housing

The Haven operates as a program-based shelter, meaning residents are expected to actively participate in case management, life-skills classes, and other programming designed to help them achieve stability.
